This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home was conceived by a local trade professional, who came to us with a design ready for construction. As this industry professional works with about 30 builders, we were honored that he chose John Merrill Homes to bring his vision to life.
Even though the client came to us with a design, we still followed our standard 7-step process to ensure a seamless build. The original plan saw minor adjustments due to clearance issues, resulting in a side-load garage and strategic repositioning.
A standout feature of this home is the striking two-story entry with a grand staircase. Boasting picturesque marsh views from the balcony, the residence seamlessly integrates standout elements like the Isokern fireplace in the living room and plenty of storage space in the spacious kitchen.
