We have always wanted to build a custom home but never felt comfortable with anyone until we met John Merrill Homes. Adam and Dana along with the entire team immediately took us in and helped to ease our minds with what can be an overwhelming project. Adam and Dana together were able to guide us through the process and always willing to answer questions no matter how many we had. Adam is very professional and a great communicator with timelines and the ins and outs of what is taking place. Dana is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful always guiding us in the right direction in all stages of the process, especially design. We loved getting to know them through the build. They do incredible work building homes we are beyond pleased!
