Nestled on a generous half-acre lot, two-thirds of which is a protected preserve, this home embraces its natural surroundings. As the first residence in Preserve Pointe, we wanted the design to meet the unique needs of the community and set the standard for future development.
The backyard presented its own set of challenges due to the lot’s unique shape. Undaunted, we implemented a retaining wall to create an outdoor entertainment area that offers ample space for seating, a table, and a fire pit.
Inside, the modern living space is graced by a brick fireplace and reclaimed mantle from a distinguished local Jacksonville artisan, infusing the space with a warm, rustic charm.
