Homesites to fit your lifestyle
Waterfront homesites are already sold out, but if you were lucky enough to secure one (or you’re hoping a resale comes up), these lots front the Intracoastal Waterway and include dock permits.
Preserve homesites are still available, starting in the mid-$500s. Homes on the preserve homesites must be between 3,500 and 6,000 square feet, set on lots of a half-acre to over an acre in size. The land backs up to thick forested conservation, which means no rear neighbors, and plenty of space to design a home for living outdoors as well as in.
