Tiffany brings an extensive background in residential real estate to the John Merrill Homes team, including 30 years as a licensed Florida Realtor. Through our Realtor/Builder House + Lot Marketing Program, she partners with Realtors whose clients are searching for land for a custom home or simply can’t find what they’re looking for in the Jacksonville market. Tiffany also works with homeowners who are preparing for major renovations, ensuring their desired remodel will bolster their overall home value and marketability.
Tiffany and her husband, Chris, live in Northeast Jacksonville. When she’s not at the office, the couple enjoys exploring the sandbars in their classic, glass-bottomed dinghy.
