Roxana joined the John Merrill Homes team with more than 20 years experience across various areas of the construction industry, including civil, commercial and residential sales and construction. For the past five years, she has focused her skillset on custom homebuilding.
Roxana holds a bachelor of science degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. She has extensive experience in all aspects of the building process, including procurement, construction and managing cost-control rates. She’s worked on several multimillion dollar projects, including the Dames Point Container Terminal for JAXPORT, the Picayune Strand Restoration Project as part of the Everglades Restoration Program, and a large-scale proposal for a 3-Tier bridge over the Panama Canal.
Born in Bolivia, Roxana is bilingual and loves getting to meet new people and traveling with her family.
